First things first, some of you might be confused.
You don't need to be an evf. Member in order to become SWD Comm Server admin, but it will help.
And evf. members must apply as everyone else.

Some other things we will look at are:

Admin experience from other servers
Teamwork and social skills
Reputation and relations with people
Basic English skills

And what we don't want to see:

Clearly too filthy mouths
Hackers
Attention whores, trolls, idiots, over sized egos...



Applying is very simple. Go to the main page where this thread is located, post a thread named "Admin application (yourname)"

Tell us something about you, your attitudes, values, why and what would you do as an admin and so on...
