so digi. I hope you know at this point that we do things differently here than for example in mighties.
We TRY to run things diciplined and well-organized. But i don't boss people around. We just recommend doing some things, like teamwork.
Maybe one day we will be a CLAN, not just a bunch of "pros" bragging to each other.

Mighty, as you recall was an undisciplined band of rogues. Just because evf is just beginning does not mean that it is not a clan. Many others think of it as a clan if you were to ask around. One great step would be to increase the recruiting, which was my job back in my old clan. Another cool idea would be to step up the communication aspect, because for those who were interested, in my previous clan, the use of voice chat (vent, teamspeak, yahoo) as well as telephones really increased the ability for the friends to bond and talk especially during combat situations. Mighty originally had been the friends who met on the star trek game, from which we stayed and became real life friends (with the exception of the people who never joined on their own - those people have a tendency to fade away). Games are a great way to make new friends, and you find friends in the most mysterious places. Even people who started out as enemies can become great friends.

We run the recruiting now pretty much so that we want people who would be an asset. EASIEST way is to have great "skillz", but that is not the only way. Hosts, modders, forum mods, people with great persuasive abilities... Good attitude is appreciated as well.
I think it is mostly me who keeps this clan together. Not because I would think I am better in some ways, but because most people here are my friends.
Ofc, I have some abilities that make me a "good" leader. I have lots of contacts and good reputation, and
I posses the patience required.
That is why people like Rensa, Wonderboy or BM cannot make good clans, no matter what. They have the urge to create, but not to manage.
When something goes wrong, they blame the clan. I always blame myself. Have I EVER blamed anyone here if something has gone wrong?
No, because it has been my decision.

Anyways, I would love to see us using vent. But lets start with MSN.

This clan is far from ready.

We need to teach PME and eTs to respect their betters.
They have stolen 6 members from us.

And we need to teach fear to BFN, because they think they are better.

So, if you see PME guys, or those turks, remind them who we are.
Beat them until they cry.
And for the clanhoppers...
Hit them twice as hard.

And since they BOTH broke the unspoken rule, they recruited from other clan, i think we should teach them a lesson.

From this moment onward, evf. is in war.

He really said very mean things to me, to mumble... wHy couldn't we wait a bit and observe the attittude of Digi, personally I think i don't know him enough and I'm not the only one I think.
So this recruitment is a bit fast. :p

i hope you realize that we need someone who can host and mod.

If you guys don't check forums,
I do things my way then.

We got 7 visitors in last 24 hours. Totally... wow, 3 guys from our clan, including me.

I check this forum each day and i already posted my opinion before, if you had looked. Mumble may join this clan, if there is some1 who could convice her it's me and i'm sure she'd be a very very good new member.

Anyways, Idon't think it's really dead and I'm sure digi will be a good and active member,
just be a bit more clearer in the future if you want to take someone in the team.

Okay I think ... it's a good choise, everyone agrees? If noone answers in 3 days or something you can act like you want and noone has to cry then. :p

Then, after joining he disappeared.
Same with Rambo, and ZZ. Both vanished after joining. Then i recruited people who i dont know. Look where they are... Crab, Scorp, Austrian guy, headshot... All in other clans now.

I like evf.£¡ghtñ¡ñg In memory of my favorite cartoon Gundam Wing where Zechs Marquise is known as the Lightning Count. So, if you see a lightning floating about, it's not fake. Dead Eyes, I hope to continue to prove myself to Mr. Iron and the rest of you. As for Mumble, she isn't much of a joiner. I don't see her joining any clan anytime soon, but yes you are the best bet to win her over. I hope that my being here will not be yet another excuse for her to not want to be here, but I'm going in right now to beat down some PMEs and clan hoppers. P.S. - Thank you Thank you! and...
